Shawn has worked closely with some of the largest independent auditing firms in Canada and the US and has raised significant working capital for several start-ups and has led them to public listings in Canada, the US, and Germany. Shawn has also completed studies at Simon Fraser University supported by the Toronto Stock Exchange focusing on Canada’s complex system of securities regulation. Topics include fundamentals of corporate governance, securities law, shareholder communications and investor relations, financial statement requirements, obligations for company insiders, understanding TSX/TSX Venture Exchange requirements, and directors’ powers, functions, and liabilities.

Entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in biotechnology, consumer goods, and media. As CEO of Red Bioscience Inc., Brad led ground-breaking innovations, including a nasal product developed with the University of British Columbia that eradicates the COVID-19 virus without harming healthy cells, with ongoing research into its efficacy against the Rhinovirus. 

Previously, Brad founded and chaired Geyser Brands Inc. (TSX), securing over $15M in financing and overseeing Health Canada compliance. As CEO of Solace Management Group, he drove a 200% profitability increase and successfully led to the company’s sale. Earlier, as President of International Business Development for Online Film Services (NASDAQ), Brad helped secure multi-million-dollar software deals with FOX, and Warner Bros.
