MOUNTAIN Smokes ships our products domestically to the United States. We do not offer any international shipping on retail orders at this time. If you are an international Retailer, Wholesaler, or Distributor customer, please contact us in advance of placing your order to ensure we can deliver to your location.
Due to varying regulations regarding combustible hemp products, we are currently unable to ship MOUNTAIN Smokes to California, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, South Dakota and Utah.
Orders will receive a tracking number via email within 24 to 48 hours. We strive to send out all items in a timely manner, generally within 48 hours of any order being placed on our site.
MOUNTAIN Smokes offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold to retail customers (refunds and replacement policies are different for Wholesale, Distributor, and Retailer customers). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order being delivered and receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs you paid).
Satisfaction guarantees are available one time per customer.
Refunds to customers who are not satisfied with their purchased item(s) will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to receive the funds and deposit them into your bank account.
Damaged and Defective Goods
If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, you may request a new pack within 24 hours of receipt. You must return the damaged or defective item, at your cost, before we ship you a replacement. Contact support for shipping instructions to return any defective items.
Replacement items for defective or damaged goods will be sent out within 48 hours of when we receive of the returned defective item(s).
You may cancel any order placed on the MOUNTAIN Smokes website for a full refund if the product has not yet been shipped.
